Essential, Complete or Signature: which Hey Castor membership fits your home?
The right plan depends less on a label and more on how much of the property you want removed from your recurring list. These are the practical differences among Hey Castor’s three starting points.
Essential: the recurring foundation
Essential is designed for homeowners who want the major seasonal services remembered and coordinated. It centres on gutters, exterior windows, annual furnace or boiler maintenance, quarterly care for up to two vehicles and a modest allowance for smaller handyman work.
Choose Essential when the property is comparatively straightforward and you are comfortable continuing to arrange some services yourself.
Complete: interior, exterior and lifestyle services together
Complete adds growing-season lawn care, a second exterior-window visit, monthly vehicle care, spring and fall whole-home cleaning, carpet or upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, dryer vents and a larger handyman allowance.
It is the strongest starting point for a busy household that wants the most common recurring services on one plan.
Signature: higher frequency and more property complexity
Signature is intended for larger homes and longer service lists. It can add pool or hot-tub maintenance, twice-monthly vehicle care, painting and touch-ups, deck care, assembly and mounting, priority projects and more handyman time.
When to request a custom plan
Choose Custom when the home falls outside ordinary assumptions: extensive grounds, multiple heating systems, more than two vehicles, unusually difficult access, multiple structures or service frequencies that do not match a set plan.
Every plan begins with the property
The website plans are starting points. Your quote confirms the actual services, visit counts, home and lot assumptions, materials, exclusions and annual price. Requesting a plan is free and does not begin a membership.
