Plans are starting points; every home is privately quoted:

- Essential: recurring essentials, including gutters 2x/year and exterior windows 1x/year,
  lawn every other week in season, quarterly exterior car care (up to 2 vehicles),
  small handyman jobs.
- Complete: everything in Essential, plus weekly lawn in season, windows 2x/year,
  monthly car care, spring and fall house cleaning, annual carpet or upholstery
  cleaning, pressure washing, optional annual boiler maintenance.
- Signature: everything in Complete, plus annual furnace or boiler maintenance,
  dryer vent cleaning, pool or hot-tub maintenance, twice-monthly car care,
  painting and touch-ups, deck care, assembly and mounting, priority projects.
- Custom: extensive grounds, multiple systems, more than two vehicles,
  difficult access, or multiple structures.

Services can include gutter and window cleaning, lawn care, exterior car care,
heating-system maintenance, seasonal house cleaning, pool or hot-tub care,
carpet or upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, handyman work, painting,
minor repairs, deck care, and dryer-vent cleaning.

- No public price list is published; each property is quoted privately.
- Scope, visit counts, property limits, price, and billing interval are confirmed
  before activation.
